I uploaded a listing and it hasn’t fed through yet?
Most sites are set up to run a sync of listings every hour - This can be updated to run more frequently, but this is not something we recommend as this can cause issues with all listings feeding through.
Depending on when your listing was published, a sync may have just started - this means that your listing will not upload until the follow sync an hour later.
If you notice this has not uploaded after this time frame, you can run a manual sync yourself;
- Log into Wordpress by adding'/sl-login/ to the end of your URL and entering your credentials
- From the Dashboard, click the Data Sync tab on the left-hand side
- Select Run Sync now
If your listings have still not synced, please reach out to the Support team to investigate further.
Can you remove this listing from my website?
If you are using an external CRM for Siteloft, you may need to refeed through your listing if it has not yet removed from your website. We'd suggest asking your CRM support team to help if you are unsure on how to do this.
Once you've done this, you might need to run a sync;

- From the Dashboard, click the Data Sync tab on the left-hand side
- Select Run Sync now
If your listing does not remove after these steps, please contact the Siteloft Support Team for further investigation.
The map location on my listing isn’t correct?
We use a 3rd party mapping application via API (which unfortunately, at times can pull the incorrect location). You can edit the location to be correct , by clicking on the pencil icon on the map (within Rex), and moving the pin to the correct location:
Once you've updated the map location - it should update on the website with the next sync of listings (within an hour).
