My listings aren’t feeding from Rex to Siteloft?
If you are a Rex client, this is most likely that the Rex sync details in WordPress are incorrect (This may have been from a recent password change in your Rex account).
Whenever a username or password is updated in your Rex software account, your Siteloft site needs to be updated as well.

It's important that you include the email address and password of one active Rex user on your website.
My listings aren’t feeding to Siteloft (external CRM)?
If you are using an external CRM to feed your listings to Siteloft and the listings aren't feeding through, there are a few things to action on your end prior to reaching out to us;
- Jump back into your CRM and send through an update of the listing - this will ensure it has been pushed through.
- Run a data sync on the backend of your website:
- Log into Wordpress by adding'/sl-login/ to the end of your URL and entering your credentials
- From the Dashboard, click the Data Sync tab on the left-hand side
- Select Run Sync now
If at this point, the listings are still not feeding through - please touch base with the Support Team with your CRM provider CC'd in. We can then investigate this further.
My listings haven’t fed through for over an hour help?
Most sites are set up to run a sync of listings every hour - This can be updated to run more frequently, but this is not something we recommend as this can cause issues with all listings feeding through.
Depending on when your listing was published, a sync may have just started - this means that your listing will not upload until the follow sync an hour later.
If you notice this has not uploaded after this time frame, you can run a manual sync yourself;
- Log into Wordpress by adding'/sl-login/ to the end of your URL and entering your credentials
- From the Dashboard, click the Data Sync tab on the left-hand side
- Select Run Sync now
If your listings have still not synced, please reach out to the Support team to investigate further.
