Adding a form to your main menu

You may want to add a new appraisal or maintenance request form to your website.  

To add a new form

Once you've decided what type of form you'd like to add (e.g. market appraisal etc.), it's simple:

1. Log into Wordpress by adding '/sl-login/ to the end of your URL and entering your credentials
2. From the Dashboard, click Appearance > Menus
3. Select the menu you'd like to edit (main menu or unified main menu depending on your heading type)
4. Add a new Custom Link by pasting in the URL of the form you'd like to add from the table below
5. Drag and drop the new form to where you'd like it to be displayed on the site
