The listings on your website will display based on the Date Listed date. The Date Listed date is a field in Rex (or your other CRM) that indicates the date that a listing was first published.
Your website listings will display by the default view of Date Listed - Newest to Oldest. This means that the listing with the most recent date will display at the top.
If your listing is displaying lower down the list, then this is the reason. You can change the date listed field in your CRM and it will update through to your website.
However, if you're using manual listings on your site, you'll need to follow the steps below to change the listing order.
To change manual listings display order:
- Log in to WordPress by adding ‘/wp-admin/’ to the end of your website URL, and entering your login details
- Go to Forms > Submissions
- Select the form from the dropdown menu Select a Form
This will now show all the submissions that have been made on that particular form. You can Download all submissions by clicking the button by the same name at the bottom of the list.
Please Note: You can request with our support team to have different default views for the listings on your website. Such as:
-

-

-
