Most of our forms are hidden away behind a button. However, in certain scenarios it's better to have your form as obvious as possible. We have given you the option to add 'Inline' forms into the body content of your content pages (pictured below).
Please Note* This is especially useful if you're wanting to link an external advertisement to the form on your website. Because you can't link to the forms directly, you need to create a content page and add the form to it (Instructions at the bottom of this page).
You can add inline forms to:
- Custom pages
- Blogs
The forms you can choose to add are as follows:
- Agency contact forms
- Agent contact forms
- Sales/market appraisal forms
- Rental appraisal forms
- Property enquiry forms
- Vacate notice forms
- Maintenance request forms
- Pet application forms
- Property alerts forms
- Newsletter forms
- Tenant newsletter forms
- Developments (register interest) forms
- Holiday enquiry forms
To add an inline form:
- Log into WordPress by adding ‘/wp-admin/’ to the end of your URL and entering your credentials
- From the Dashboard, head to the page you would like to add your inline form to
- In the Content section, select where you would liek your form to be added with the cursor
- Click Add Form
- Select the form you wish to add from the dropdown menu
- If you would like to add a background overlay, tick the Add overlay checkbox
- Click Insert
- You will notice a shortcode has now been added into the body content (for example; '[siteloft_form id=90]'). You can move this around if need be. he form will appear wherever this shortcode is positioned.
- Click Post (or Update if adding a form to an existing page)
