If you'd like to create a form, and edit the boxes for submission, please follow the steps below.
- Log into the back end of your site.
- Click into Marketing > Forms > Create New
- Name your form, give it a label and description for internal purposes.
- Choose the fields you wish to add by dragging and dropping them into the grey box titled 'drag and drop a form component'.
- This will prompt you to add information on how that box will look to the user, and how the data will be displayed/used.
- Once you have all the questions/boxes added, click save.
- You can go back to edit a form by selecting the form you wish to edit, clicking on the three vertical dots by the form and clicking 'edit'.
